LODGING

Located behind the church, the main building of the residence contains 24 rooms distributed among four floors.
Each individual room is 14 square meters and is entirely furnished and equipped. There is an area for washing up in each room. Bedding is included and sheets are furnished. Toilets are situated on each floor.
Showers are accessible on the ground floor.
A laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing board allows the residents to take care of their personal laundry.

A telephone outlet is installed in each room. If they desire a telephone connection, the residents themselves must contact the telephone company of their choice.

Access to the residence is possible night and day. Entry is secured by a code.
For reasons of security, access to the building is not authorised for non residents. Nevertheless, residents who so wish may receive guests, during the day only and until 9 p.m.,
in the lounge on the ground floor. The staff must be informed.

When they move into the home, the residents, having filled out an inscription form and furnished a photocopy of their ID or passport, must pay a deposit, which is now 300 €.

The monthly rate for rooms is 355 € for the second floor and 347 € for the upper floors. This rate has been in effect since 2008/07/01. Both the room rate and the deposit are indexed according to the evolution of prices, with notification three months in advance.

Residents who are qualified for l’Allocation Logement (AL) should inform the management who could help them with their applications.
